Girl Scout Cookies (Forum Cut)

Verified clone

This is a verified clone of the FORUM CUT of GIRL SCOUT COOKIES (F1 Durban x South Florida OG) which is an S1 from Bagseed that was circulated via ICMAG around 2010 when more than a few of Cookies packs of Thin Mints/GSC were found in the wild with S1s in the flower.

In brief, Girl Scout Cookies is believed to be F1 Durban x South Florida OG bred by Jigga in the late 2000s for the Cookies Fam as it was known then. The pheno he found from his seeds was named the Thin Mints or Thin Mint Cookies. Thin Mints is the Clone Only pheno of which the Forum Cut is an S1 Bagseed which was found, cultivated, and circulated through the ICMag forums in 2010-2011. This is perhaps the most "common" commerically and home grown viable cut of GSC out there, but GSC is exceptionally rare to find these days even here in SoCall.

By comparison to the Thin Mint, the Forum Cut is sweeter, has a slightly worse yield, and is a green pheno with purple accents where the Thin Mints is a purple pheno with green accents. Both cuts have insane resin density and potency, though the Forum might be the stronger stone and because it is easier to find it's used more often in breeding work. Even Cookies Network uses the cut more often than not these days.

Notice a
residue issue?
Don't worry,
it's just Sulphur.

WE USE A SULFUR BASED FOLIAR SPRAY IN OUR IPM REGIMEN

If you notice a white or yellow residue in the grooves or spots on the leaves of your new plants, it's most likely dried foliar spray, not powdery mildew (PM).

Sulfur is commonly used across many agricultural industries worldwide because it's one of the most cost-effective and efficient treatments for a variety of issues. This is why the presence of sulfur residue on your plants is perfectly normal.

In fact, sulfur is so effective that it eliminates PM on contact. If you're dealing with powdery mildew, a sulfur treatment will take care of it.

Important Note: To avoid a potential phototoxic reaction, wait 7-10 days after a sulfur application before using any oil-based IPM treatments.
